• No refund shall be processed on the order of any reports under any circumstances if the order has reached the “processing” (Assigned to a professional) stage. The risk and liability of placing the order in a haste and careless manner lies solely with the User, and the Website is not responsible for any refund once processing has started.
• No refund shall be processed once the Order has been placed and executed. However, if the User intends to cancel a successfully placed order before execution, they must contact customer care within 1 (one) hour of making the payment. Issuing a refund is solely at the discretion of the Website.
• Any technical delay or glitch reported in the app during request processing (e.g., generating reports by professionals) shall not be eligible for a refund. Timelines are approximate, and efforts will be made to meet them.
• No refund shall be processed if incorrect data or information has been provided by the User. Users are expected to verify all details before submission. Corrections can only be made within 1 (one) hour by contacting customer care before service execution.
• Refunds on a pro-rata basis may be considered for delays in subscription activation. Damages during product transit will be handled by the app or associated agencies.
• No refund will be processed for chat disconnections or internet-related issues. Users must ensure a stable connection when using the “chat with professional” feature. Once the chat is connected, refunds are not applicable.
• Any refund will be processed after deducting applicable bank or payment gateway charges, shipping/courier costs (for products), customs duty (if any), or other applicable processing charges.
• In case of server issues (slowdown, failure, session timeout) on the Website or Payment Gateway, Users must verify whether their account has been debited:
• In the rare case of duplicate payment for the same order, a full refund shall be issued without any deductions.
The User is obligated to provide valid banking information when requested.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, it shall be replaced with a valid provision that closely matches the intent of the original. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
