UDKA – Talk to Emologist (“UDKA”, “we”, “our”, “us”) is an emotional support platform that connects users with trained Emologists for empathetic listening, emotional guidance, and general life support. UDKA does not provide medical, psychological, psychiatric, or emergency services.

2. Nature of Services

• Emologists offer emotional support, guidance, and conversation.
• Services are supportive and non-clinical in nature.
• Advice or guidance shared should not be treated as professional medical, mental health, or legal advice.

3. Not for Emergency or Crisis Use

UDKA is not intended for emergencies.

If you are experiencing:

• Suicidal thoughts
• Self-harm urges
• Severe emotional distress
• Medical or mental health emergencies

Please immediately contact local emergency services or certified crisis helplines. UDKA and its Emologists are not responsible for handling crisis situations.

4. User Responsibility

Users voluntarily participate in conversations. Any decisions or actions taken after a session are the sole responsibility of the user. UDKA is not liable for emotional, personal, or life outcomes.

5. User Conduct

Users agree to:

• Communicate respectfully
• Avoid abusive, threatening, explicit, or manipulative behavior
• Not misuse the platform or harass Emologists

Violation may result in immediate suspension or permanent termination without refund.

6. Account Usage

• Users must provide accurate and truthful information.
• One account per user for personal use only.
• Sharing accounts or impersonation is prohibited.

7. Payments & Refunds

• All paid chat sessions are prepaid.
• Once a session has started, no refund will be provided, unless otherwise stated.
• Refund policies may change at UDKA’s discretion.

8. Privacy & Confidentiality

Conversations are treated as private and confidential. Data may be stored securely for:

• Service improvement
• Safety monitoring
• Legal compliance

9. Monitoring & Quality Control

Chats may be monitored to ensure safety, quality, and compliance. Monitoring is done with respect for user privacy.

10. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, design, and platform features belong to UDKA. Unauthorized copying or misuse is prohibited.

11. Account Suspension & Termination

• Suspend or terminate any user account
• Restrict access without prior notice
• Take action against policy violations

12. Changes to Terms

UDKA may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform implies acceptance of updated terms.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.

14. Jurisdiction and Contact

This document is an electronic record in terms of the Information Technology Act, 2000 and rules thereunder, as applicable and the amended provisions pertaining to electronic records in various statutes as amended by the Information Technology Act, 2000.

This document is published in accordance with the provisions of Rule 3 (1) of the Information Technology (Intermediaries guidelines) Rules, 2011 that require publishing the rules and regulations, privacy policy and Terms of Use for access or usage of domain name Udka.in ('Website'), including the related mobile site and mobile application (hereinafter referred to as 'Platform').

The Platform is owned by UDKA PRIVATE LIMITED, a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 1956 with its registered office at Durgadin Road, Saadatganj, Lucknow 226003 (hereinafter referred to as ‘Platform Owner’, 'we', 'us', 'our').

All disputes related to these Terms will fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.
