• Initiating a transaction constitutes a legal contract with us for the services offered.
• You shall indemnify and hold harmless the Platform Owner and its representatives from any third-party claims arising due to your breach.
• We are not liable for events beyond our control (force majeure).
• These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the courts of Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.

Jurisdiction and Contact

All disputes related to these Terms will fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.
